QC Photos Guide - What to Check Before Shipping
QC (quality check) photos are taken by your agent when the item arrives at their warehouse. They are your last chance to check the item before it is shipped internationally.
What to check
- Shape and overall look vs the listing photos
- Stitching, glue and logo placement
- Sole shape and colour on shoes
- Measurements (insole length, chest width)
- Missing accessories or wrong colour
What to do if something is wrong
Ask the agent for more photos or an exchange before approving shipping. Once an item is shipped internationally, returns are usually impossible.
GL and RL
In the reps community, GL means "green light" (approve) and RL means "red light" (reject / exchange). Take your time - good QC saves money.
