Reps Shipping Guide - Lines, Times, Cost & Customs
After your item passes QC, the agent ships it to you internationally. You can combine several items into one parcel to save on shipping.
Shipping lines
Agents offer lines such as DHL, FedEx, EMS, YunExpress, 4PX and tax-free lines. Cheaper lines are slower; express lines are faster but cost more.
Delivery time
Typical delivery is 7-20 days after the parcel leaves the warehouse, depending on your country and the line you choose.
Cost
Shipping is charged by weight (often per 0.5 kg) plus a handling fee. Combining items usually lowers the cost per item.
Customs and duties
Import taxes depend on your country. Any customs fees are the buyer's responsibility - check your local rules before ordering.
Tracking
Your agent provides a tracking number in your account. You can also message us on WhatsApp and we will help you check the status.
